  Our group of 4 were walking/driving around for over an hour trying to find tickets. We found where to register your online tickets, however, not available to purchase in person. We asked a worker and he said “tickets are down the way, at the central building”, very unclear and unspecified. There were a lack of signs as to where we could buy tickets. The two booths open for “walk up ticket purchase” had no one available. We wanted to talk to a person about our passes to see if they were still valid as we didn’t use them last year. No one answered the phone, we were on hold for 30 minutes which lead us to all turn around and go home. Also $109 is not justified for no snow conditions. Do better blue mountain, we came a long way just to turn around.

  It's not Whistler but you work with what you get. Blue Mountain during the week is not busy so it's up and down all day ⛷️

  Place is great, but it was too crowded and was bit risky due to COVID-19

  Blue Mountain is like going to Disney World in the snow. If you enjoy outdoor adventures this is the right place for you, summer or winter time. One thing you need to keep in mind, just like Disney, there is a cost for all the great scenery and activities. A premium price that makes you feel like you got your money’s worth.

  So I show up at Blue Mountain, it's the early-season and I haven't picked up my pass yet. I park at the Inn like I always do, but discover the guest services office here is not open. The only place I can pick up my pass is in the village. I've got my boots on and I'm ready to ski so I walk up to the lifty and explain the situation and he tells me no problem, here's a one ride ticket to get me to the Village. Awesome!
  Now I arrive in the Village and locate the new Guest Services location. But there is a huge line, in my guess half hour minimum wait. But there's a friendly Guest Services worker there checking in with everybody in the line making sure that we've done our waivers and we're only here for season pass pickups. I ask her if there's any other way that I can just get out skiing and pick up my pass later. As a local I ski like a workout, sometimes I only have an hour. The girl proceeds to tell me that if I purchase a ticket from the ticket window, that they will refund my ticket price when I come back to pick up my pass.
  Blue Mountain, you knocked it out of the park today. Your customer service is amazing and I got a great ski in. Thanks so much.

  Great palace to dine in ocean grove with family and friends this palace is really clean and happy inverment Highly recommend. address is 9/62 The terrace ocean grove
